“New Jersey Employers’ Experiences Managing Employee Leaves and Turnover” utilizes interviews with thousands of New Jersey employers about their current leave policies and their adherence to the national Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). It found that New Jersey employers reported little abuse of FMLA and that many small employers, who aren’t covered by that law, voluntarily adhered to it anyway.
